Exchange and return
According to Article 9 of the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, goods of good quality (without defects) can be exchanged or returned to the store from the date of sale, provided that the purchased goods and packaging are preserved in their presentation:
- the product has not been used and has no scratches, chips, abrasions, etc.
- the product is fully assembled and retains its original packaging
- The product retains its presentation and its consumer properties.
You can return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
Under what circumstances do we offer returns and refunds?
We offer a 14-day return policy on unused items upon receipt. The customer may request a refund for any reason. We will refund the purchase price if the item is not as expected, the item arrives damaged or in an unusable condition. We can only accept an item back if it is unworn and unused.
What must the customer do to receive a refund?
To receive a refund, you must inform us that you wish to return the item within 30 days of receiving your order by sending an email to our customer service at mold.com.ua@gmail.com Returns must be accompanied by a tracking number order, your name and address so that we can quickly identify that the goods belong to you. You will then receive a return center address and must return the item to the specified address.
Who bears the costs?
Buyer bears return shipping costs.
What happens if I receive an item that is clearly defective?
If a customer receives a damaged item, we will resend the same item free of charge. The customer is not obligated to return damaged goods to us. The product is considered defective if:
- the product was physically damaged during transportation, for example, a dented box;
- The product does not correspond to the ordered model or the product is missing parts, for example, the box size is wrong or the set is not complete.
The buyer will need to pay for delivery of the goods, in case of return, the actual cost of return in case of problem goods or if the buyer did not like the goods.
